Dr. Kevin Seeras D.O.

Dr. Kevin Seeras is a board-certified general surgeon proudly serving patients in the Wesley Chapel and Tampa, Florida communities . He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois, and went on to complete his general surgery residency at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township, Michigan. Dr. Seeras then pursued advanced training through a fellowship in minimally invasive, foregut, and bariatric surgery at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York.

His clinical interests include robotic, foregut, bariatric/metabolic surgery, as well as complex hernia repair. As a dedicated researcher and published author, Dr. Seeras has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed journals in his field. He is an active member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, and the American Hernia Society. Dr. Seeras is affiliated with BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel and St. Joseph’s Hospital, where he is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered surgical care.
